These Terms govern all appointments, services, purchases, and use of this website.
2. Appointments & Cancellations SchedulingAppointments are booked through our website and Square.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule 24–48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $25 fee.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule within the 24–48 hour window without penalty.
Reschedules made after this window may incur the $25 fee.
No-Show
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a $25 charge.
3. Repairs and Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services or products sold in stores.
We offer a complimentary repair if the client returns within 3 days of their initial appointment.
After 3 days, a repair fee will be assessed.
4. MinorsMinors must have a parent or guardian present or communicate directly with staff prior to service.
5. Health & Client ResponsibilityClients with green nail discoloration are advised not to proceed with nail services.
If a client chooses to proceed, it is done at their own discretion.
Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions before service.
6. PaymentsWe accept:
- Apple Pay
- Square
- Cash
- Credit/Debit Cards
Tips are requested via cash or Venmo.
No automatic gratuity is added.
7. Product SalesRetail products are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges are offered.
8. Sanitation & SafetyWe follow all State of Hawaii health regulations and licensed nail technician standards.
Our cleaning process includes:
- Scrubbing tools with soap and water
- Rinsing
- Soaking in Barbicide
- Rinsing again
- Prepackaging after each client
One-time use disposable tools are used when appropriate to prevent contamination.
Stations are sanitized after each client.
We do not use products containing MMA (methyl methacrylate).
MMA has been linked to allergic reactions, permanent nail damage, and loss of fingertip sensation.
9. Photos & MarketingWe may take photos of client nails for social media.
Photos are taken only after verbal permission is given.
10. PetsPets are not allowed inside the salon.
11. Limitation of LiabilityPosh Nail Lounge is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects when clients fail to disclose relevant medical information.
Services are provided at the client’s discretion.
12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
